SALON UPDATE

Thank you all for your amazing support over the last few years.

We are once again taking NEW clients. See below for how to book appointments.

COVID POLICIES at Echo Hair Design: we will continue with our current masking and sanitizing protocols until further notice. This means we will all be wearing our masks during services and sanitizing between clients. We ask that our clients also continue to wear their masks when in our salon.

SALON POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Booking:

We have turned the online booking off for the time being. This will support us in ensuring we have appropriate time to see everyone and engage in our sanitation protocol between each service. Please call the salon to book any appointments with the understanding that our phone will likely be very busy, you will have to leave a message, and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Arriving for Your Appointment:

The Salon is set up to ensure social distancing is respected as much as physically possible. Please be mindful of this if you are required to wait for your stylist.

Please bring only what you need into the salon. (e.g. keys, wallet) 


Please come to your appointment alone, we do not have a lot of space for others to wait for you.

Please bring a mask if you have one, we will have disposable masks for anyone who doesn’t have their own. Masks continue to be mandatory in our Salon at this time.

Please wash your hands as soon as you arrive, there are public washrooms on our floor to the left when you come up the stairs, there will be hand sanitizer available in the salon as well. 


We will be working shorter shifts and we won’t be double booking to ensure we have time to sanitize between each client. We ask that you don’t arrive early for your appointment and appreciate your patience while we clean and prepare the space for you.


We will no longer be having clients change out of their clothing, we will be asking people to wear cutting gowns over their own clothes, if you are having a chemical service please don’t wear anything that you wouldn’t want to get colour on and if possible please don’t wear anything with a high neck or collar. 


Please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling sick, we are waiving our 24-hour cancellation fee at this time. (We appreciate you letting us know ASAP if you can’t make your appointment, as this will support us in working through our wait list.) 


Ending Your Service:

At the end of your visit to the salon please remember to practice social distancing at the front desk as you check out. 


If you are purchasing retail your stylist will be happy to collect your products and bring them to the front (This will ensure the retail area remains as sanitary as possible.) 


We will be cleaning the debit machine and the desk between each client (Please understand the extra time we might need between each payment.)
